1Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, booking an appointment via our online form, Instagram direct message, or telephone, and utilizing services at Sunshine Massage Salon (Zdravka Čelara 8, Belgrade), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2Strict Professionalism and Zero-Tolerance Policy

3Scheduling and Punctuality

To ensure a seamless and serene experience for every client:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to change comfortably and unwind with warm herbal tea.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session time will be adjusted accordingly to prevent delays for subsequent appointments. The scheduled price remains unchanged.
• Confirmation: Appointments submitted through our website or messages are confirmed upon direct reply from salon staff.

4Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand emergencies occur. We kindly ask for at least 2 to 3 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.

5Health Questionnaire and Contraindications

Your safety is our top priority. It is your responsibility to disclose relevant medical conditions to our therapists prior to beginning any session:

• Spinal disc herniation, recent bone fractures, or surgical operations.
• Pregnancy (especially during the first trimester).
• Cardiovascular diseases, thrombosis, or acute hypertension.
• Acute fever, infectious illnesses, or viral flu.
• Skin rashes, open wounds, burns, or specific nut/essential oil allergies.

Our certified therapists reserve the professional right to refuse or modify a massage if a clinical contraindication presents a risk to your health.

6Pricing and Payment

• Transparent Pricing: All treatment prices are final and transparently displayed in our official price list with zero hidden charges.
• Payment Methods: Payment is accepted exclusively in cash (Serbian Dinars - RSD) immediately following your treatment. Card payments and gift vouchers are not offered.

7Hygiene and Personal Belongings

We strictly utilize sterile single-use bed liners, fresh cotton towels, and sanitized private rooms. While private lockers/hangers are provided in every room, Sunshine Salon is not liable for lost or unattended personal jewelry or valuables.
